you can call nvc ask for it they will give to you over the phone. many people has done it that way. they don't wait for nvc send them the WL letter

Many people are getting WL from November to April 2016. Some of them just check online and found out that their allowed to start at Nvc even though they haven't got the  WL yet.  So check your cases online,  maybe you are lucky. 

Got invoice number 4-5 weeks ago. Still not eligible to process the case. Guess we can only have to wait

My PD is 9 June 2016.. waiting to see if nvc received the cases from uscis..& waiting for the chart to move 2 or 3 months. It's good that they started rolling out the WL for those till 8 April..2 months delayed..hopefully it doesn't go beyond that.🤔

Does somebody know if while I'm processing case with NVC, could I visit my husband with my B2 visa? I've visited him before, but I don't know if I can do it now. I'm planning go to USA next month and I wanna be sure I won't have problems in immigration.
