No, a congressman can not move those dates. CSC can always say that they dont delay the visa process as anyhow the wait is 22 months in total.

The bad new is, that if they would expect F2A to move rapidly in the next fiscal year, they would move them forward. So, internally, it looks like they are quite sure that F2A will have no rapid forward movements.

You're welcome! Well, my PD is Jan 4th, 2016. I don't know if you will receive it by next week or not..  all I can say is that you are very close!!

Many people are getting WL from November to April 2016. Some of them just check online and found out that their allowed to start at Nvc even though they haven't got the  WL yet.  So check your cases online,  maybe you are lucky.

Hi My PD is April 5th 2016 , You said to check online..How do i check online to know if I can already start for the NVC Processing?

https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/  you will need your case number and invoice number
