no I made a mistake, I meant January 4th not 1st , we are the same date !! we will received it at the same time lol

yeah I know, I call again and they told me it take up to 6 weeks but they start opening files on may I am guessing that right now they are working on December files ,I hope so , I miss my husband, he is at Spain Madrid I believe that he will be here by this year 😍

Our PD is Nov 22, 2016. Any uodates for this month of November 2016 filers? 6 months has passed and yet we still didn't receive our NOA 2. Am getting anxious about it. 🙁☹

My husband is in US. I'm in PH. Am I allowed to call USCIS? Or is it my husband the only one who's allowed to call them regarding our status?

Same here   PD Nov 18 2016 and no NOA 2 !  

the petitioner must speak with USCIS, they don't tell anything to the beneficiary.

 

BtW they always respond the same way, it's still in normal processing time call back in a month or so 🤷🏼‍♀️

At this point im seriously thinking about going to DR and do the waiting with my wife and daughter under the same roof.... this process is ridiculous...

I been calculating with other people and it will take a year and 10 or 11 months for the final action that is the interview ,we have the same pd so Its between October or November 5 more moths to go , I am just doing other stuff so me and my husband can be confortable here , while I am waiting, if you can't wait that long you should go !! 👪
