i called 3 times already and last week a very nice guy told me, you should spect the letter in the very near future, because he said you should give them time no more than 6 weeks before April 13, that was the day that the upcoming bulletin was posted, so by the 25th should be already 6 weeks,

they started with files from November 2015 and then December and so and so,until april , it depends on your priority date, mine is January 4th the person i spoke with told me to give them at least 6 weeks  you can also call them and give them your email if you did not gave them already you will receive the letter faster by email, i also check mine every day lol we are very close, we just have to wait a tittle bit more, im very exited yeyeye lol

We just feel we are very close but people that have been through the process just laugh at me all the time, they be like "you're not even half way thru" lol.... anyway, does anybody have a clue of why when I log into CEAC I cannot see the invoices anymore? before, I used to have access (even though it would only show "not invoiced" but now all I get is "Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error. "

I am just enjoyin every step of this process, thinking about the awesome future with my husband you should do the same, I being getting that  message since I entered my case and  invoice number on cea website ,that means that the nvc did not sent you the welcome letter yet, you have to wait for it, by email or regular mail.

California Service Center (F-2A) is still processing cases of August 23rd.  I suppose the reason is that they are working in another type of cases.  Does anybody know any news about this?

No one really knows and it is really no good news. There is no sign of movement currently.

I received a letter from NVC in September 2016 where they gave me a new case number but they explained that my PD wasn't current so I should wait until it be current to start the process on NVC page. Since then I'm waiting for another notification from them. My husband has called a few times to NVC, asking for the invoice number, and they just said we have to wait the letter with that number. So, is very frustrating all this process

Hi guys, my PD is July 22 16, anybody with a similar date?  this process is really long and challenging emotionally. I'm glad I found this place and be able to relate with people that's going through the same thing.

Did you get your NO2 already? Please update your timeline. Which service center?

We did received a letter saying there was no visa available at the moment, so we are in the waiting period I guess for when they start to ask paperwork and such. The service center is in California.  Have you received anything different?

They stopped processing F2As in CA, since 23. August. So you are very lucky you received your NO2. We, with PDs after 23.08,

have not got it yet.

 

You should get your interview around May/June 2018.

Whenever someone receives welcome letter. update it here. and also mention the time period between the priority date and receiving of welcome letter.

Hi, my PD is July 25, 2016, and I am also waiting for my Welcome letter from NVC.
