I've never seen a person receive an interview date for the same month. There's simply not enough time for preparation. So in my opinion there's no possibility. People are expecting their interview dates for April just now. You might receive an interview date as well.. but not for March.

Appointment date corrected, it is the 11th not the 13th, it was just a typo.

The notifications are sent via E-mail to the petitioner, applicant and attorney as long as you have provided email addresses in the forms.

Hi senpal, I'm in exactly the same boat. PD Nov 2016, applied for AOS in March 2018, interview Sep 2018. No news since then although my PD became current in February 2019. No updates to my case status. 

 

Did you receive your GC at this point?

HI username111, my pd is also Nov 2016 current since feb 2019 but no interview yet. We have called the nvc multiple times and they just keep advising that the visa is ready just waiting for the Us embassy to provide an interview date
