Guys a question.

If I go to my home country for pass christmas with my fam and then I go to the interview in Panama Do I need an updated Criminal record from my home country?...

You have not lived there, but you have visited. This does not require updated Police Certificate in my opinion as it was not living but visiting

Hello Guys, newbie here, my pd is June 2016 and i got docs qualified on Oct 2018. I will have my interview in Montreal. I know that it is a waiting game for people in Canada but from the other posts here, some already had their interviews in Montreal. Just wondering if anyone can tell me what to do other than wait :):). Thank you.

Our case, even after receiving the IL, is still "at NVC" at CEAC Status tracker. Does anyone know when this changes, e.g. like transit to embassy , or what the next status will be after "at NVC"?

What’s ur pd??

Mine is 21st November 2016

still waiting for interview

Hello everyone,

I have a question related to immigrant visa for my spouse.

Does one need to travel/enter the USA from the place from where the immigrant visa has been issued or my spouse can enter USA from any other place?

Thanks in advance.

Your wife can travel from almost anywhere into the US.

Where is she planning on traveling from?
