Well our waiting is almost over mate. What a journey is this process.

Amazing, yes it has been a long long journey and not over yet. People from China get IL currently, means the Chinese Embassy has given information to NVC. Thus, anyone from China should call NVC there is a good chance. Till now we have 3 weeks confirmed movement by Chinese Embassy. Let`s hope for one more week and "our journey" would get his interview

Most properly in February or March 2019.

Are you sure about the IL from China Michael? On Facebook people are saying it might be fake post because nobody else got any update regarding their case around the same dates. What you think?

Can someone who has gotten visa interview date already with priority date October 1, 2016 worldwide and later please post let us know. Would like to know if someone has gotten an interview date for nov-dec 2018 with priority oct 1 through oct 15, 2016. Please only post if you know for a fact someone has got an interview date. Thank you

Join the 2016 filers page on FB, someone from Algeria with Oct 3 PD received his/her IL.

It was never a question whether its gonna move 3 weeks, guys. That's pretty much a guaranteed minimum for the first quarter. The PDs of people who reported receiving ILs are consistent with what we already expected and there's no reason not to trust them. 

Right now, it looks like the new VB won't move past 3 weeks. Taking into consideration that this is a December VB, and the embassies are probably going to have less working days due to holidays, it makes sense for them to assign less interviews. Last year's December VB also moved 3 weeks.

If there are 2-3 people confirming it , it is trustworthy. With only 1 person, it could be fake.

Michael, you mentioned earlier that you would expect the PD to move either 3 or 5 weeks in December. Why is that the case? (Why not 4 weeks for instance.)

Not sure If I said it like that as I don`t think so. All is possible, 3,4 or 5 weeks. But I think 3 weeks and 4 weeks are far more likely than 5 weeks. There have been a record number of new applications during September-December 2016 and this should slow down the visa bulletin eventually. I hope we can see 5 weeks but I would not bet on it.

Hey. Priority date is September 21st 2016. We just got our Interview Letter this 6th of November. Interview is in December 18th x) can't wait.
