You should get your interview around May/June 2018.

Michael,  so you think they really putt our cases ( f2a) aside and they stop processing them for now or they just have a lot lot of cases in august and they barely process some of them? What I mean is do you know anyone who's priority date on the week of august 23 to September 1st who had their No2? ? The reason I'm asking is because I haven't seen people that has PD from 8/23 to the beginning of September,  complaining or waiting

Hi everyone. I'm surprised to see there exists such a community where everyone is helping each other out, so I thought I'd try my luck here.

 

I'm the son of a greencard holder (my dad) who is passing me a visa through F2A. I've been kept in the dark, mostly, but I left before I turned 18, and have been here since June (we filed in February 2016). I have no idea when I'm coming back and was hoping for some answers. Every month our immigration lawyer says something different. I live in Rio de Janeiro. Which date should I be looking at with the charts? It says April of 2016 for F2A in one of them, which is past February, but the other one says June of 2015, which worries me. Can anyone help?

you need be looking at chart A for interview 

and chart B for sending documents to NVC.

it all depend on how visa bulletin move every month. but you are looking around mid 2018 for interview

My husband filled for me i-130 form and we recieved NOA 1 in Nov. 18 .2016 

 

it has been sent to California service center and it' been more than 6 months now and still no answer 😟😣😣 we are getting worried 😭 Anyone knows the time frame for the california center?

 

ps my husband is a green card holder

I received NOA1 in October 13th and nothing moving forward since then. CSC has processed the applications up to August 23rd. Do not worry, a lot people are in the same situation.

the problem it has been on 23 aug since the beginning of the year  everytime i call they tell me that there is work load in csc 

let's hope it wont take much longer

I know it sucks and it's the slowest service center.
