That would be really nice :) I have everything pretty much except a few things we're waiting on in the mail! I'm freakin out a little over the vaccination records.. I keep reading mixed things. For example: you don't need to send anything in (like the I-693/DS-3025) if your med exam is still valid, you need to send the DS-3025 in at least, you need to send both the I-693/DS-3025 in. Which one is it? :huh:

You have to send the DS-3025 Immunization Records copy. You should have received that during your medical exam (separate copy for you, aside from the sealed folder you turned in during your Visa interview).

The general thought about that is that if at the bottom of that form there is a check for Complete, you should be ok and don't need to do I-693 and civil surgeon visit.
