Hello guy

I really need ur help so urgent i got cr1 and i was planning to enter usa after 2 months but i had a hude problem with my wife so am planning to book and go to usa next week to fix this with my wife but am so scared if she can cancel the visa or going through divorce processing before i enter usa ... is that possible can she do that ??!!!

it would be dishonest and fradulent to enter the USA on a visa meant for reunification.

We already i had the visa for couple months ago if i would to enter usa I could do that ... but the problem between us is not about that at all !!!

You need to talk to your wife and establish if she wants to stay married to you before going (assuming that you do want to).

You are married and have a marriage visa. I don't see why there would be a problem with coming to the US on the marriage visa. Every couple has problems. You are married until you're not married (divorced). There's no clause that says if you're having marriage problems stay home.

If the USC spouse doesn't want to be with the foreign spouse anymore/doesn't want him around, then there is nothing to reconnect. There is of course the other side of this story. What is that "huge problem" she has with him? For me it looks like he just wants to enter the USA, not to be with his wife but just to enter the country and do his own thing. That's why he's so worried about his visa.

Where do you read this? He's worried his wife will withdraw her support or somehow get his visa cancelled before he can see her to fix their issues. Yes, some people are that spontaneous about serious life matters. I used to have a friend who was like this. Maybe there's issues he's not discussing but either way, he has the right to go to the USA to work it out with his wife as he's stated unless she somehow can get his visa cancelled. He said nothing about going to the USA just for his own gain other than his marriage.
