I would say be patient and wait. the US Embassy in Philippines will send out their available February interview slots in the last week of December, so you would know around that time if you get an interview in February or not.

So I have to wait a month or so after case being complete be scheduled an interview? Is that mean around that time i will be able to receive the appointment letter?

I had a eh feeling that would be the case since we got cc end of the month. How long do you need to wait to get your interview though? Or should I just keep calling and wait till I get an email or letter?

I got my CC on November 4, and I just got news yesterday that my interview is on January 10 2017.

Well, hopefully you will get an interview letter around that time. Nobody knows how many people lined up before you or how many interview slots available in February in Philippines. So hopefully you will get a letter at the end of the week (week of 26 December to 30 December).

Guys the interview letter does not list my son's name as the attendee. Should I still take him or leave him behind. He is 5 years old.

I'm not sure if it's the same thing as my case but my case was completed and I received the interview letter with my son Case NOT being completed... I was told by our attorney to take him along with me seeing he's 5yrs old... Also she emailed NVC and the Embassy to let them know what was going on and they eventually sent his interview letter.

HI, does anyone know how to track greencard application?i.e after paying the $165

thanks

use the USCIS case tracker and put in your IOE number. You get it in the email confirming that you have paid the fee.

btw, does the embassy have a little kiosk or something for me to pay for the Green Card? and I think I have read somewhere that Green Card's fee is being raised some when this month?

you pay the fee online after you get your passport back with the visa in it. The fees go up Dec 23rd.

We got our interview date jan 12 (yay)

They want a copy of my passport that just means the bio page right?

Im also sending her my tax transcripts from three years and most recent w2 as well as the three most recent paystubs showing my year to date income. The AOS too of course and my passport bio page and birth certificate.

She's bringing her birth and police certificate and the confirmation of the ds260 and her passport. Marriage cert as well

Should be everything right?

Why have they asked for a copy of your passport? That seems odd.

Has she been married before? If so, she will need to take the divorce decree or death certificate of her previous husband to the embassy for the interview.

What language is the marriage certificate in?

It says on the email they sent they want proof I was born here. I did send my passport and birth to the NVC. She has not been married before.

The Netherlands has a international marriage certificate that has English as one of languages. I figured the usisc or the Nvc would've told me if they needed a translated one.

The marriage certificate will be fine as she is interviewing in the Netherlands and the COs there will know what a Netherlands marriage certificate looks like. No need for a translation. Had you been married in France, for example, and the certificate was only in French it would be different.
