We had our case complete on the 17th November and rang up yesterday and got our interview date on the 5th January. Medical 2 weeks today on the 14th December!

DS-160 is for non-immigrant visas. Are you sure you have selected immigrant visa when you signed up?

My visa status changed to "Issued" today. So excited to get my passport back :).

How long after your interview until till your status changed to administrative processing

Thank you!!! Vienna is super fast embassy and processing they are 24-48 hours processing for visa after interviews

-July 2015- my cousin from Romania introduced us via facebook(he is from Romania, moved to Austria 5 years ago, my fam is from Romania)

-September 2015-first time meeting in person

-December 2015-went to meet his fam in Austria, got engaged

-February 12 2016-had my civil marriage in Austria, my parents went with me

-April 2016- went to spend my birthday with him in Austria/Romania

-September 2016- went to Romania together for one month

MY HUSBAND GOT APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HE GETS HIS VISA IN HAND TOMO!!!!! HE WILL BE HERE ON MONDAY!!! YAY!!!

How long after your interview until till your status changed to administrative processing

It changed on the 20th to administrative processing and on the 21st it changed to issued :). Got an e-mail today saying that's it's with the courier and that it will be delivered tomorrow! Woohoo!

So i just called NVC this morning and they told me that my wife case was complete and waiting for an interview date. How long does this usually take? CR-1 . My wife lives in manila philippines. Any answers is really appreciated. Goodluck to all of us in the same process...

it gives you idea on how long it takes for them to schedule from case complete. Average 50-60 days for Philippine

I didn't receive any letter from the consulate to remind of the interview schedule. Should I be worried? it's this Tuesday and Monday is closed for Holiday. I've read some receives letter before the interview some didn't.

Hubby is on the way to pick up his passport he just recieved a phone call it's ready! He will be there in 10 min! Ah I'm so happy!! Less than 24 hours processing time in Vienna!

Please pray for us for getting interview soon in Abu Dhabi embassy, just called NVC and January slots are done so we are hoping early February god willing!!! ??

Passport arrived back today!!! :). Couldn't wait to open it up and see my new visa inside after many months of waiting ... (L)

Also, got the (massive) envelope that is to be presented at POE as well!

Hello People . As i am waiting for the interview to be scheduled soon. I already got a case complete last week. I would like to know when we submitted AOS forms and fees my wife(petitioner) was working at different place. As of now she left that job due to certain reasons and looking for a change now. I would like to know do we have to carry a new I-864 form with us to the intervierw with the changes or not ? We also have co-sponsers as in her parents to support the income requirement. Please let me know about it.

How can you tell if your case is ready? Its been 6 weeks and we have no news.

When you see an 3 N/A's under 'Affidavit of Support Documents & Financial Documents,' 'IV Application,' and 'Civil Documents' in your CEAC account.
