My son and I was APPROVED on the 14th of December at the embassy in Barbados. We was actually given 2 different interview dates my son's(he's 5) on the 14th and I was on the 15th but they said they didn't want me to waste my time coming there the next day so they process our documents the same time. Never had to show no pictures, no evidence, it was a breeze. After the officer and I greeted each other he asked if my rings( on my married finger) was my wedding rings so I told him yes and he smiled looking impressed. He asked how many people were at out wedding and where does my husband works... After which he said he's going to approve us today and gave me an approval slip with instructions as to how to send back my passport for the visa. I wasn't nervous at all but I never stopped praying!

Hi

I registered my marriage in Delhi India. These days we get the marriage certificate online there is no original certificate. The phone copy of the only thing we get. I got the copy notrized and I sent a photocopy of the notrized certificate to the USCIS. It is almost time for the interview and I was wondering what should I take to the embassy. A notrized certificate or something else.
