I haven't received any updates or communications. I saw my case status was updated so I sent them an email last week asking what's going on. The new thread is very helpful, however, I am wondering why others whose packets arrived at the embassy later than ours have received their instructions already but we haven't.

Yea I was wondering the same. I saw someone with a NOA2 date in November was able to schedule their interview for Jan when others that received NOA2 in Aug and Sept have interview dates in Feb and March. Very happy for them but extremely frustrated with the embassy

I've emailed the embassy twice this month and haven't heard back. I emailed the senator's office yesterday. I don't know what else to do. My fiance is going to go ahead and fill the DS 160 anyways though.

Has anyone here heard from the embassy yet or received a letter?

 

My fiancé took the steps to schedule online but unfortunately there are no appointments available online right now.

I havnt heard from them yet and I'm still waiting, I hear it's advisable to hear from them before you start doing anything. They send you the call in letter when they think your case is ready for an interview. I'm highly frustrated.
