Good Morning Everyone

Question: The K1 Visa is "Only" a One Time Entry Visa!

1) If a I have a B1/B2 Tourist Visa , Can I Still Use It To Leave The Country after the wedding and let's say example go on a honeymoon in the Caribbean?

2) Or/ the B1/B2 Tourist Visa Will Be Canceled?

From my understanding, the Tourist visa will be cancelled, since you will not be able to have two different visa types simultaneously.

Once you have the K1 visa, the B1-B2 visa is no longer valid, so no, you can not leave the country and enter with the turist visa.
the k1 visa is for ONE entry ONLY

We have the same NOA2 date and I received mine yesterday as well. Hopefully we don't have too long to wait till our case numbers are available at NVC!

Awesome! I'm definitely concerned about the medical. My fiance hasn't had TB, but tons of people seem to have to do the sputum anyway.

Hi Guys! Are there any early December filers here who already received their RFE? And if you have how many days did it take before you have it in your hands? How long before the approval? Anxious to know what ours is and hoping we'll receive ours within the week.

I have a question regarding packet 4.

Its been 3 weeks since the case is in ready state and yet no packet 4.

Is it mandatory for the interview? Anybody has similar experience for New delhi, India?

i have my medical done and interview scheduled, but packet 4 is still not received. Would it be ok giving interview without that?

I've read that packet 4 is just a set of instructions.

Thanks for the help and some answers :)

Packet 4 in India is basically a copy of I129f and G325 which was filled and sent initially, it has the Approved stamp on it. It also contains a checklist of documents. You will need nothing from Packet 4.

However, it is always better to contact Embassy/ Consulate and have them send you an email.

HI . we never got any packet 4 ,if embassy says that case is ready ,you are all set , go to interview, assuming that you have all necessary paper work  done and all what they ask you for, like police report, medical .( Possibly packet 4 is a sealed envelope that you will receive with your visa approved passport  .) Any way last think we receive was packet 3 that was from embassy with instructions , now visa in hand with sealed envelope to present  when entering US. Not sure if that helps .
