I feel awful saying this but...

I really hope them make some serious progress with January and February cases before all the December RFEs start coming back to CSC.

No offense, but you should feel awful.. Its a process, from the oldest to the newest.

IMO, your actually saying lets punish the people who have been here the longest trying to get passed too?

I understand your waiting for your news... I just hope you don't have a RFE, or your denied and someone said the same thing you just did.  I pray, wish, hope, for all of us to succeed...  and yes those before us as well.  That way when it is my time, it is to be.

Karma.... Do unto others... to many quotes I could use here...

I always question what is going on with past months.  How can they have some many that have not been touched from so long ago?

If I were included in one of those groups and still not word, I would be bald headed, stressed out, and pissed off!

No offense taken.  I hope no one is offended at my comment either.

I am not saying that others should be punished.  I am saying that I hope they continue to make forward progress while those with RFEs gather whatever is needed to correct any issues.

The fact is they have already started working on some January cases, and even if they were to get a sudden rush of December/November RFE replies, I don't think this would slow down the January progress. Let's hope we all see our NOA2 approvals soon, especially those who have been waiting since November and early December.

Just be thankful your case finally got touched now your one step closer once you get the reason for the RFE mailed to you and you mail back whatever they were asking for. You will find it's hard to make concrete plans in this process so my best advice is to remain flexible in your plans and that can alleviate a lot of stress that gets built up in the process. Your almost there so hang in there and try to remain calm.

Hi Brandon y Nadia,

how's everything? I'm wondering if you could tell me whether Buenos Aires embassy sends packet 3 in physical mail or email. Many thanks

btw, I tried calling NVC and couldn't get through the endless hold so I gave up. I'll probably just wait for packet 3.

I actually got official email of packet 3 today so as long as you had email on your I-129f they should email it to you. What times of day did you call? And what number did you call when I called my longest hold time was no longer than 3 minutes.
