Well after having did a little venting earlier about the confusion with what information needs to be posted on the timeline I have some good news. Have gotten approved today. Hew Haw!!! Have not gotten an official email or text saying been approved but the USCIS app. says my case has been approved. I now feel as though this big weight and 10,000 lb. gorilla has been lifted off my shoulders. Keep the faith people. It is going to happen soon and then all that anxiety and stress will suddenly just disappear.

Extremely excited for you... hope we are next too..

Good Morning,

I received my hardcopy RFE and it was something very simple as in I didn't check a box. Will be sending it out today so starting to prepare for the next steps. As the petitioner is it myself or my fiancé that fills out the DS-160? If I fill it out can I just send electronic copy to him? Also I submitted an affidavit of support when I sent the initial application. This was supplied to me by the lawyer we are working with. In the initial application I submitted taxes for 2014 and 2015. Ive been reading on the forum that some are submitting tax and bank statement information but it does not request tax or bank account information in the Affidavit of support that im viewing online can anyone clarify?

I think I can answer my own question about why people I found a link showing to support the statement with taxes and bank account.

Your getting closer. The beneficiary needs to fill out the DS-160 and they can print electronic barcode but wait until you have been approved and you have a case number. As far as supporting evidence for the affidavit of support you can order tax transcripts online for free from the IRS for past years. Bank information you can have deposit infor for the last year and balance but again can gather that once you have been approved.

I am so happy for you!! I have been reading your quotes for a long time, I am just after you, and seeing people after us both was getting entirely frustrating, Good Luck to you!!

Well for those of you here on this wonderful forum missed this previous post by me

We got APPROVED yesterday!!!

I work a night shift and have just got off of work but all night at work my heart was filled with such joy and happiness. Also, I was wearing such a big smile at work that it would have been hard to get rid of that smile on my face.

So for all of you that still are waiting for your approval keep the faith as there is a light at the end of that tunnel. Best of luck to the rest that are waiting for your approval and may the Lord our God bless you soon.

Awesome! Congrats! I'm hoping I'm soon too!

Hey Brandon Y Nadia thanks for the information. One more question please.  I went to my bank today (Chase) and asked for Deposit account balance summary for the last 12 months. One page showing address name account number and when it was opened and current balance and average 12 balance Is that sufficient or do I need to literally print out all the 12 monthly statements?

That should be sufficient. I only printed a deposit summary from the last 12 months so think it will be ok. To be honest from people's experiences it really doesn't seem like they look much at that. I think they really look more into your financials are in the AOS stage. But that should be enough to have as far as bank information.

And yet some of us like me are before you and still havent gotten anything. The lack of doing these cases in a logical order is maddening. Sitting here seeing people get approved in 90 days, 45 days, 50 days, even 110 days. Today is day 120 from the received day and have heard nothing while people 2 weeks after are getting notices. Grr.. And not to mention the great AkesAngel is MIA so my piece of mind knowing our progress in this process is gone. I sure look forward to his return.

Make sure to get a copy of DS 3025 - that's the vaccination record you will need to (....) physician completes.

Thanks!

I have a very practical question: will I get to keep my vacation money, or will I have to pay it back when I unregister at the tax office? Just want to make sure I don't think it's mine when it's not. Not sure if you were a bediende, though.

And I'm at end of week 3, and no package yet. But I did receive two copies of my blank criminal record today (imagine the disappointment lol). Next week!

And thank you so much for the tips!
