When comparing your date to the scan dates, you would use received date, December 27th. The VJ timelines go by NOA1 notice date, however. :)

Come on USCIS, pay attention to December 1 - December 16 filers please! I can't imagine being on of the people who have the dates where it's only 2 cases left. I'm one of 24 cases left and this is agony!

Same here I am one of the 35 people from december 14th and the wait is driving me crazy. Wouldn't even mind getting an RFE, rather that then nothing.

Use the received date. The confusion is on your timeline you put January 6th for your NOA1, but it should be December 27th. So change the NOA1 date on your timeline to the received date of December 27th.

No problem! I understand it's definitely confusing! We're both December 27th filers. Every day I get excited then disappointed. I'm curious according to online Easter doesn't count as a federal holiday, but usually they close on Monday. So, I'm not entirely sure if Monday will count. Hopefully it does!
