The NOA1 date goes by the date they received it! Not the date you sent it! I see so many people claiming they've been waiting 110 days and what not when according to the timelines USCIS received it in January. Update accordingly! It confuses newer members as to what to expect when it comes to their own timelines. Mine was received December 27th by USCIS and it's been 104 days.

yes, and there have been 2 waiting since 12/1/16 and 2 from 12/2/16.  12/1/16 was 130 days ago!

What's your point? I'm aware people have been waiting a while. My point is people need to calculate the times correctly, not put the date they sent it. Has nothing to do with the people who filed on 12/1.

Same point.  The estimates here on VJ are now 93 days for CSC, but the average December filer has waited 100 days for approval.  You are correct, we need good data for good estimates.

 

But also need to have realistic expectations.  According to the data dump they are only about half way through December.  

 

As a February filer, I am trying to sit back and try to relax for the long wait ahead.

Today is day 111 since received date. I do feel for those filers from the 1st, 2nd, 7th and 13th of December though. Those so few cases from those days that have not been touched yet must be sitting at the very bottom of some piles on some adjudicators desk. Cases all around their received date are being touched. The anxiety and wait must be killing those filers.

The sad part is you're probably right. They probably were set somewhere and someone probably went on vacation. It really does happen!

Why haven't you scheduled yet? if you don't mind me asking. Yeah I have all that prepared but I'm just wondering what the wait time for the interview would be? One month?

I just got APPROVED One minute ago, thank you @AkesAngel  and @geowrian  for all your hard work posting the the information which is really helpfull for all of the people who are super anxious . thank you to this website and to every one, !! you will all get approved, it takes time yes, but the time comes!

April 11th , 2017 Approval date! NOA2

Congrats!!! Who else got approved today? No news for us today but hopefully sometime this week!
