Approved on March 21st. I called NVC earlier and they had my case number. Looked up case and already showing ready! Submitted packet 3 by email to Montreal and now waiting to hear back about packet 4 and hopefully an interview date.

What do you mean by Packet 3 and packet 4?

Hey @Herhorizon, my petitioner fiance resides in Oahu, Hawaii. Since our timelines are almost the same and your fiance is also from the Philippines like me, it would be nice if we'd have dinner for a simple celebration when you tour her around Hawaii. :) Glad you enjoyed Hawaii the last time you visited. :)

Our received date is Dec 28. Day 102 today. Also awaiting NOA2.

May we all get our respective NOA2 next week.

Happy weekend! :)

Sure thing Aloha. Will keep that dinner date in mind for when we come there. Personally I have been to Hawaii many time and love it there. Just wish that could live there but so expensive to live there if you don't have a good paying job and need to buy a place to live. Keep in touch so that can set up that dinner date for when we go there.

It might just be a thing in Canada. Its where they want the ds 160 and a few other things emailed back. Packet 4 is supposed to tell you how to schedule medical and list of approved doctors and how to schedule interview.

Sure. Nice to know that, @Herhorizon.

Looking forward to it. Let's play it by ear then. :) God bless.

AlohaDestiny and Herhorizon, I live on Kauai and my Fiancé and I are going to go Jollibee first thing after she flys into Honolulu. 😂 It's the last time she'll be able to go every Sunday like she can in Singapore.

If either of you manage to make it to Kauai please be sure to get in touch. Our dates are within 5 days of each other so our loves should get here around the same time. I should be realized that there would have been uptick in applications because of the fee increase.

I'm from San Diego and Disneyland is definitely in the plans on our first trip home. 😂

Here's hoping we all get approved next week.  Jon&Malen

Hey @Jon & Malen, good to know that you're based in HI as well. Yup, let's keep 'n touch. :) God bless.

Got my approval last night at 7pm! Which was a nice little post shower suprise haha. If anyone that has dealt with the US Embassy in Bogota can let me know how long it should take/how we are receiving the next bit of info?

Congrats! I received my NVC case number (by calling) exactly 2 weeks after my approval date. Some people get theirs a bit sooner/later. By the next business day the status changed from "at NVC" to "In transit." And 3 days later it was shown as READY for interview scheduling. That same day I received an email from the embassy Bogota asking for my fiance's email address, and they emailed him the next day with packets 3 & 4.

Any December 12 filers on here still waiting? 120 days waiting ...

We're December 6 / NOA1 December 9 filers. We're still waiting and untouched as far as we can tell. I keep worrying that they've actually lost a box of December 5-12 and its sitting in the back corner of someone's office. There are so many cases on the list from that time frame...It's very unsettling.

December 1, 2016: Mailed I-129F

December 6, 2016: Case Received

December 9, 2016: Notified by email

December 11, 2016: NOA1 By Mail

December 11, 2016 - June 3, 2017: Waited and waited and waited, called, yelled, demanded answers. :-P

May 31, 2017: I-129F Approved

June 3, 2017: NOA2 by email

June 19, 2017: Called and received case number from NVC

June 21, 2017: Case received by consulate in South Africa.

December 6 filer as well. I just got a notice for RFE on Saturday. After such a long wait to get the not so great notice is a bit of a let down. The good thing is that its something. Just waiting to see what they are requesting. Best of luck everyone.

Uuuugh! I can understand how frustrating that must be, and we're hoping the same thing isn't coming for us. I hope it's a quick fix and they get you guys moving forward soon. You're right though that it IS good news that they've at least set eyes on your case! :-)
