Wow. My hopes and prayers go out to you that you are approved very soon so that your fiancée can be here for the birth of your child. God bless you!!!

123 days for us and still no NOA2 :(

Was hoping to get it on my trip with him last week, but no luck. It was the hardest goodbye.

Hang in there, fellow late-NOA2ers. It's gotta happen eventually, right?

My fiance is a naturalized US citizen and we have been waiting 128 days already from when our i129f was received. I was wondering if any naturalized citizens had to wait this long or there is a different reason for that. Thanks!

My fiance is a naturalized USC too and I was wondering the same thing. I'm thinking of possible reasons why this is taking too long for us and I thought it could be that. We'll never know for sure, it may or may not be one of the reasons. 120 days for us.

Aloha! I'm a fellow beneficiary of a naturalized USC as well. I just hope that's not the reason. Day 101 today.

Is there any naturalized USC here who got approved in less than 3 months (90days)?

Your response may relieve us a bit from being crazy anxious. :)

Thats surely not the reason. We got approved in 94 days :)

all that matters is he/she is a citizen. IT only might depend on the complexity of your case, and also some luck :)

Those of us who are still waiting, I guess our packets were placed at the very bottom of each stack assigned to every adjudicator, or he/she just took a long vacation due to kid's spring break :D  Anyway, let's just pray and try not to worry because eventually the good news will come to us.

We are at 113 days as well. I'm starting to wonder if me (the petitioner) being a dual citizen in the US and another country is slowing our case down. I think my case is fairly 'easy', other than potentially having to do a background check for me in 2 countries. I was not born in the US, but I included my certificate of birth abroad in the petition. My father was in the US army stationed in Germany when I was born, making me a US citizen at birth. I've lived exclusively in the US for the past 23 years (almost my entire life), but I did include both passport copies in the application because they both had airport stamps as evidence. Any other dual citizens have any knowledge or advice? The waiting is frustrating, but we will all get there eventually. :clock:

I am a dual citizen as well. I just assumed my case was taking longer because my fiancé and I are both Egyptian and immigration issues with the Middle East has been sticky lately!

Hmm, that is a good point. I guess that is entirely possible, though other MENA petitions have gone through fairly quickly. Perhaps we have 2 strikes against us as dual citizens petitioning for fiancés in the MENA region.

Hope we hear something soon!
