Hi.. id like to double check and confirm what type of visa i need to apply for a k1 visa..is it non-immigrant or immigrant in embassy here in manila.Just to avoid wrong filing of ds-160 form..hope to hear from you guys... thank you!

Aww... I'm happy for you all but jealous at the same time. People are already talking about NVCs, even those who have received their NOA 1 after us, while here we are still waiting for our NOA 2. It would be nice to get approved today, it's our 4th anniversary. Hoping for the best. Fingers crossed!

Dear sister you don't need to be jealous or angry , the thing is that each case is different and different people are working on the cases , that's why some people get their approval soon and for some people it takes longer .

Just stay patient for a bit more and yes they are still working on December fillers for sure those who are still waiting will recieve their approval soon. This waiting game will over soon and you will see it's worth it at the end.  🤗 

Praying for those who are waiting for their approval to receive it ASAP.

 certificate or medical report ( if you had surgeries) for the medical exam?

What was the received date for when USCIS received your application at the lockbox? That is the date that is supposed to be used for the timeline. Is the date you use on your timeline the date that your NOA1 notice was sent to you? If you look again at the actual NOA1 notice you received in the mail it will give you a received date for your application and will also give you a date for when the notice was sent.
