Btw, if you're looking for a good app to monitor your status, I recomend USCIS case tracker by spinach mobile. It connects and uploads the most current data from the website. And it will notify you when there is a change in status!

GAHH, at least our case has been touched!! Guess I had luck of being irish today on paddy's day

We got approved on March 6,2017. Receipt date December 6,2016.

 

We included in our packet the OKC terms and conditions , and an email screenshot  from them that OKC isn't IMB. 

 

We included everything they might asked for so we wont get RFE. My Fiancee' already been to US for 8months and I had visited her in Philippines twice. We included my Fiancee's I-94 , US B1 Visa, US entry Stamp, I-539 non immigrant application for extension, and everything.

 

I feel sorry for the RFE you got, that will make you wait for weeks but it isnt bad at all coz on the brigther side, atleast you know they're working  for your cases. ??? There's a lot of cases from November that haven't been worked on yet.

I am a Jan filer waiting for NOA2. Is there a way to add information to your petition before they adjudicate it to avoid this kind of RFE? Or I just have to wait and see if they'd send me one? Thank you in advance, and goodluck to everyone!

Oh I think none, you just have to wait and see. Some people didn't include terms and conditions but got approved. It depends on adjucator I guess

Yeah, it is annoying especially when we thought we had made our package airtight.

 

We've been together over 3 years and included a lot of information in our packet so I'm 90% it's about OKC. Unfortunately we assumed they would know by now it's not a imb but hey least they are working on it. I'm hoping it will only add 2 weeks to our wait.

 

For anyone reading and submitting soon that has met on any dating site please add in information that the site is not a imb not matter what site it is

As August2015 said you will just have to wait. Hopefully you don't get one but if you do it shouldn't add too long to the wait. It's frustration though.

100th day today and still counting... ? But congrats to all those who got approved. We also met in OKC but we're still hoping we won't get an RFE and get an approval already. *keeping our fingers crossed*

Yeah I understand how you feel. RFE isn't bad at all coz they'll just ask for some evidences, just comply then for sure you'll be approved.

 

 

Yeah better include the Terms and Conditions like we did, to prevent some delays.

Has anyone looked at @geowrians data in his excel? Looks like there are straight chunks of 20-30 RFEs every week.. hows that possible?! Seems someone in d staff went crazy and or Super lazy and sent out an RFE if there was a single work he couldn't understand and didnt wanna google it! I could've sent out lesser RFEs on my Day 1 there!!

December folks I have a few questions, so bare with  me please.  I'm sure these questions have been asked and answered before, but if you can help me out I would appreciate it.

 

1.  Tracker app said "approved" on the 16th, anyone know how long after that a text confirmation comes?  

 

2.  Everyone says call NVC about 2 weeks later for new case number.  Is this case # only to track the package from that point forward or do you need it to fill out DS160?

 

3.  Do we wait until Embassy receives package to fill out DS160 and pay for the visa?  Or can we fill it out after receiving case #?
