Just when I'd managed to limit my stalking of the app, igors list, November and December group, they hit the December filers! 

 

And the app before us was approved last night...really hope it's ours tonight or even this week, now the anxiety is kicking lol.

 

sent Dec 9th

recieved date Dec 13th (91 days)

noa1 Dec 17th (Saturday, 87 days) 

 

good luck to us all!! the next step to getting back to our loved ones is on the horizon!!

On December 27, 2016, we received your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt (NOA 1) 

Written Notice dated Jan 6th arrived Jan 8th 2017.

We are 12/9 and still haven't heard back yet. Does anyone know what order they go in? I noticed people who had NOAs after us that already got approved.

I'm assuming each adjudicator has a stack of K1s consisting of different dates. Not all dates are processed at the same time

Geo's data should include your case number now too, but yeah I'll try to set that up for today ... sorry just started last week with Geo's help to cover it if he can't. But working on it
