It's just telling you that on Dec 12th there were 381 k1 applications sumitted, and on the right states how many cases from that date they have touched.  So look on the right and you will see how many cases from each day they have touched so far.  Looks like they are still concentration on end of November filers and beginning of December

Wow I'm not a k1. My husband actually filed a i130 ????. Guess this data is not for me. Still waiting on my work permit n stuff

Yes, totally different can of worms, you are in the K1 forum.  All the information you see will be for k1s.  There will be a separate subforum for u.  Good luck

Approved, Approved Approved!!!!  Still haven't received a text or email alert yet like I did for the NOA1, but I was killing some time and just logged on to the USCIS and checked my status and it was approved today!

I was in such a pissy mood on here the last few days. Keep the faith it'll come soon!

Congrats!!!

The waiting is agony. I KNOW we will be one of the last cases to be touched because of various factors making our case more complex, but I'm going crazy. :( It's been way too long since I've seen my SO.

Hello everyone. I'm a December filer. My application was sent on December 17, 2016. Did not get my NOA1 until January 2, 2017. I have been watching the stats here and it looks like the CSC is running way behind the other CSC's in processing applications. My application is at the CSC awaiting approval. Was just wondering if anyone would have any idea as to why the CSC could be running so far behind the other CSC's for application approvals? Would also like to know how Chair_force1 came across that information he posted here about the number of applications submitted and being processed? This waiting is starting to get to me. When I submitted my application was hoping for to have my fiancée here by the end of May. Right now though looking at the processing times it is looking kinds doubtful now. Some help and encouragement could go a long way here to help settle my anxiousness. Thanks

From others posting the CSC (California Service Center) is the only one processing the K1 visas.   There are a multitude of reasons for the backlog.

1. There was a huge up tick in submissions in the last couple months of 2016. A few hundred a day in some cases.

2. Not a lot generally happens around the holidays so between Christmas and New Years things probably moved at a snails pace.

3. There supposedly was some training in January so not a lot was done during that time.

As of late they seemed to have moved into hyper drive and there have been several days where triple digit processing has occurred.

There are a couple of people who are extracting the data and posting it daily to help relieve the anxiousness. Check the November filers forum as well Geo is amazing when it comes to posting that.

Nothing relieves the anxiety. But it helps.

Just know the clock keeps ticking and everyday is one day closer. This will definitely teach you patience and flexibility. I waited 87 days. There are some who've waited a whole lot longer. Personally it helped me hearing others get approved so I could vicariously enjoy there happiness.

Thanks for the reply Kevin. I can understand the up tick in submissions during the last part of 2016 due to the increase in application fees that was going to happen in December. I was one of those who wanted to get their application submitted before the fee increase happened in December. I can also understand that nothing much was going to have happened during the holiday period. The supposedly training that happened in January was unexpected so with that and the up tick in submissions could very well account for the longer time for application approval.
