Greetings!!

Just got Package 3,  getting everything together,

We are waiting for the CENOMAR (Certificate of no prior marriage) requirement from the Philippines to arrive in Hong Kong.. I cant believe they said takes 6-8 weeks to get here>> Really?

But, if we fed ex it./.. it comes in three days..

My fiance'  does not have a credit card to do that on, and the name "has to be hers" to match the CENOMAR  that they use?

How do we do this?  I can't use mine because it has my name.   Any suggestions?

FINALLY!!  I am happy to report that we finally got our approved NOA2 in the mail today.  I still haven't heard back on the review request; not that it matters now.  lol  Anyways, on to the DS-160 and interview we go!  Thanks everyone for the help and guidance. I hope all goes well for anyone still waiting for things to progress.   Side note, the website says nothing about the approval, still.  :-)

big congratulations for you and your fiance:)

May I know if you sent inquiry through USCIS website or congressman before you got this Noa2?.

Our received date is January 17th and we are still waiting for Noa2.

Thanks.  I didn't contact a congressman or use the online tool.  I simply called and requested an inquiry, becuase it was past the processing due date.  They advised me it would take 15 business days for a response.  They appoved it 6 days after I called.  I got the letter today.  I cannot say if the inquiry helped move it off of someones desk or not.  That's something I cannot say but all's well that ends well.  Since you are on the 17th and they haven't revised the "processessing app as of" on thier website you'll just have to sit tight and wait.  It's the waiting part that drives everyone nuts but it's what we gotta' do.

I am a Dec 9th NOA1...200 days and we were put on a processing hold due to security checks still pending. Anyone else experiencing that?

I have been reading a lot on this site for six months and have not heard of this reply. Perhaps the region is just getting flagged? I understand how frustrating this must be for you, I would keep calling and calling until someone can at least explain what this means? Good luck, I can imagine how hard this is for you.

.  Interviewed Thursday... Didn't give her a yes or no.  Only Administrative processing....

If they kept her passport it is most likely approved.

Thanks, I updated my VJ cover photo earlier to a timeline image of the Earth's 4 billion year history to convey how I feel about this process. :) The perception of the wait to get the Visa is EONS.

Congratulations! Enjoy your progression to the next step, reuniting with your fiancé and getting married!

I finally got an interview slot but it was of course on the most inappropriate day (I have a professional licensing exam that can't be moved) just my luck! lol So I'm still waiting! Good luck and thanks for the help!
