Hello fellow December filers, how are you? Any developments that you want to share? How's your timeline?  

 

For a week now, seems like there's slow movement for CSC processing to date. Hopefully, the current DayCount-average will change from 53days to 40days just like they did for periods Sept and October.  A lot faster...

 

How I wish more December filers will register and join VJ forum for us to get more data, and get significant trends. And ofcourse, to be of help lessening the 'waiting' anxiety. 

 

For the newbies here in VJ: As of this morning, USCIS is processing I-129F with NOA1 dated November 25. 

 

Our time will come as well....soon.  I hope more OT to render in USCIS in the coming days. ?

There are actually very few K-1's being approved with receipt or NOA 1 dates of late November.

The majority that they are working on are late October and very early November per the USCIS Phone app and per VJ timelines.

Any case from Nov 25 is likely an expedite or congressional.

Hope they pick up the pace they have been super slow lately.

With NOA1 notice date of Jan. 9, I hope our NOA2 arrive before my fiance's birthday, early April. ?

Hello fellow December filers!  Just checking in to see how everyone is doing with the wait.  I can say from our end, it sucks. haha.  I was reading through the November filers thread and it looks like they are finally starting to pick up the pace a little bit.  The bad news is it seems like they are just now starting to clear out the October NOA1 dates and starting to move into November dates.  At least it is getting closer though! 

 

Can't wait to start seeing some NOA2 announcements in this thread!  If there is ever a time I want time to speed up, it's now!

The wait never gets any easier! I browse the October filers, November filers and this thread everyday hoping for updates haha 

I'm thinking about planning a trip to see my fiancé in May, but I'm kind of hesitant to buy the plane ticket because I am hoping to get NOA2 by March and see if I could be there around the time his interview might be scheduled. Either way, if we don't hear anything by early April I'll still visit him in May.

Well I saw that forms received on Oct.31-Nov.4 are being worked on sooo its just a matter of waiting .....I hate this waiting game. But well good news that they are finally picking up pace a little at the CSC!

Yeah think they have worked on 108 in the past two days so maybe that will cut our VJ adjudication estimates down by a few days once people in October and November update their timelines upon approvals.

I'm in Seattle , west coast now.

I left Michigan about 25 years ago.

Pigeon is closer to Chicago. There are a lot of filipino's in chicago area.
