Guys,

I have a question. I am a agust filler and I have an interview on Jan 26.

I have the copy of 1040 schedule C with amendment (which I have increased my total income ). My CPA sent one of them which I have signed and posted to IRS and he sent one copy to my email address. I have simply downloaded the copy of 1040 with schedule C Do I need to sign it? Or just simply give the copy of it.

Guys anyone can help? We rcvd the I-797c because of the wrong payment. We were instructed to resent to lockbox address, do we sent the same packet with all the cover letters address to lewisville tx or we need to change everything to lockbox address to match?

Did they send everything back to you? Or did they just send check or money order back? Does the letter they sent tell you to just ONLY resubmit correct payment?

They sent the whole packet and they stamped those papers which i believe are required and clip them together. There are some papers they pulled out and folded it which they placed in a zip locked.

Send everything back just include the correct payment amount.

If you hadn't already also include the form which allows them to contact you via email/text once your case is received.

Now is your chance to add anything else that you may have left out or further want to support.

Mail via USPS priority mail which has free delivery confirmation.

Also if you haven't already make a complete copy of the file as your K-1 recipient will need it during the interview process plus if it gets lost or damaged by USPS or USCIS you will already have another copy.

Good luck

Jim

they never indicated any other reason for rejection aside from the wrong fee. Now we don't know on whether we have to change all the letterhead address on each letter we sent as it is addressed to Lewisville and they want us now to resubmit to Dallas Lockbox instead, I know that the letters should be signed in ink and if the address has to be changed then I have to furnish a new one and send it to my fiance again. With these hassle Im now thinking of getting help from any consultant firm....

Slow down friend, I know they did not ask for anything other than the correct payment I'm just saying if there was anything else you could think to add that you did not then now is the time to add it.

NO you don't have to change the letterhead. When you first sent the petition you could have sent it to Lewisville or Dallas but it all ends up in the same place. Lewisville is meant for delivery OTHER than USPS such as fedex or UPS. If they tell you in your letter to send it to Dallas then 100% send it there with correct payment. No need to resign anything, no need to change letter head. If your fiancee's letter of intent to marry and Bio-Data form GS325 is signed already then No need to have it signed again because of any of this. You can consult a firm but if they do the work for you expect to pay big bucks.

Put new payment with package and send it to lock-box today.

Good luck
