For those who haven't been keeping track of the November thread, we could be waiting a long long long time for our NOA2s. Looks like CSC has slowed to a crawl, if not a complete stand still.

Yes, seems so.  I got the NOA1 at the beginning of December and read here that some folks got the NOA2 within 3 or 4 weeks, so I hoped it would go just as fast. The F5 button is my best friend. But alas, nothing so far.

Keeping you all updated. We got today our hardcopy of NOA1 in the mail.

 

Now the big wait begins. Question, what can we check about the status of our case on the USCIS website?  Cause I went to check and only says Case received and no further details, in the future will they say something different or the status will only change once its approved?

Believe it will say something like document mailed if your looking in the USCIS Case Tracker app. But I'm sure if you click on your particular case it will give you the specifics. Seems like even if you filled out the G-1145 form to be notified of progress of your app people stop getting notified after the NOA-1. So you will need to check it on your own to find out if it had been approved.

Im starting to get worried, our check is not even cashed yet. Anyone knows if it is rejected, does it take long before they reply or give notice perhaps? We did assemble the I-129 packet properly and nicely, its just that the fee we enclosed is the new fee of $535 eventhough it was postmarked before 12/23, but we did reconfirmed it by calling USCIS hotline and they said it is correct. Now just a bit worried as we are entering the end of third week and no sign of anything yet... ;-(

I believe if it was postmarked before 12/23 you would have needed to enclose $340 ( the old fee ). Can anyone confirm that?

I believe it is $340. My 129f was postmarked 12/22 and I already have a NOA1 txt/email.

Just found this thread! I'm a I130 December filer. Received my NOA1 on 12/12, transferred to NSC unfortunately, basically waiting like everyone else now Best wishes to you all on yalls journey!!

Hello all!  Excited to follow people who are on the same journey as us!  We shipped our petition on December 21st.  it was received on December 23rd.  We received our NOA1 on January 10th with a process date of Jan 5th.  Already anxiously awaiting our NOA2 letter!

Hello to you December filers.

I started the November I-129F K-1 thread but wanted to let you guys know some very good information.

As you know CSC has been all but dead for the entire month.

 

Well we had a total of 34 approvals today alone for cases received by CSC on 10/31

Seems like they may finally be working again tomorrow (Friday night) should give us a better idea if they will start a trend.

I'm currently at 70 plus days. People who filed 1 week before me were approved on average in 30 days then CSC just STOPPED with very little progress.

Yes the holidays had some affect but new years was over 11 days ago.

 

Anyway hang on there guys and keep collecting your NOA 1's 

Update your time lines with the "notice date" which is the date on the upper right hand corner of the NOA 1 hard copy once you get it.

Difference from one day - 34 cases approved.

Other good thing is no new RFE's 

Earlier in the month they were giving a lot of those out.

One more December filler. Package sent on Dec-23 (new fee attached :S). Received e-mail Acceptance Confirmation Jan-10, case sent to California. Now let's wait further...
