Hi everyone, I must have checked at least five times today. Then at the end of the day at 3:45pm Hawaii time I got a text message that said our case was updated but it didn't say to what status. I logged into the USCIS E-online website to see that our case was APPROVED!!! Malen and I are so happy!! After 122 days of waiting our dreams are coming true! Can I call the NVC tomorrow?? 😂 just kidding. No not really! Lol. We are so thankful for everyone's support and wish that you all get approved as soon as possible!

God Bless, Jon & Malen

Hey @Jon & Malen! I just saw this! Yay!!!!  My warmest cheers! 'Been out for a while due to job commitments.

You're now off to NVC stage waiting game. BTW, we've just got our MNL case number (thru phonecall)  this morning. Total of 19days from our April12 NOA2.

Yours is next!!!

Aloha! 😊

Hey all ... I'm sorry and I feel really bad for not being able to help you with the scans for the last week. We had trouble with the internet connection and the scans didn't run well. We also had his kids with us and that was important for me to spend time with them. So yes I totally forgot to look into VJ and again ... I apologize for not giving a heads up at least.

Thank you for taking over and run the scan @Kate + Evgeny ... let me know if I should do them again!

I'm back in Germany now and would be able to do so ... but if you want to continue ... I can help to make it easier for you.

Don't worry about it, @AkesAngel! We understand you're with your fiance and children and that's by far the most important. We all appreciate the work you've been doing with these scans so much, and hope you have been having a fantastic time! If you want to take over the process again that's okay, but if it's a burden for you in any way I would be happy to keep going, because I am actually enjoying doing it. It's giving me something to "do" about the application status while we're waiting for a response, and I find that I learn more by doing it myself. But either way is fin; just let me know what you'd like to do. :)
