Thank you so much!!

We met in person so we don't have to be worried about that. The G-1145 is the E-notification but it's only if you ask for it. We'll ask for it, it won't hurt in this long process! We are going to put everything together this week and hopefully send it the next one!

Thank you again for everything!!

This a blog page of a person from the Philippines who discussed her K1 process step by step ! Hope this is  helpful ! And good luck in the process !

Is there a way to check on the status of a person's K1 visa status with the NVC online or do you have to call them after you get your NOA2?

Also after you have received your case number from NVC is that when you can go to the CEAC website to find out the status of your case?

We got an RFE notice today... after 140 days. Better than not getting anything and not knowing if they are paying attention to our case. :)

True. I felt the same. At the same time worried. Still waiting for that letter though. Been 5 days since they said they mailed it. 😞

Usually Call NVC. After 1-2 weeks of NOA2 approval to see if they received your case and to obtain your case number then you"ll be able to track/ see the status of your case on the CEAC website (Immigrant Visa Status)

NVC Non Immigrant # (603) 334-0888

NVC Immigrant # (603) 334-0700

Good Luck! They usually say 6 weeks but keep calling lol

We got our  case number within 3 weeks .

I guess I can do just one more for old time's sake. ;) But I don't have or use the same format of a script, so I'll try to keep the results simple and they may not exactly match her numbers at face value.

Hoping you get approved very soon! Did your fiancé open an account on the USCIS website? The text notice came first then the email shortly after but I had already found out the status by checking my account. God Bless, Jon & Malen

Today is day 130 since receive date for us...

On the bright side, I'm going to see my fiancé in 1 week! Although when I planned this trip several months ago I had hoped we would have NOA2 by this time, at least I will be able to de-stress a bit and spend some time with my fiancé. I haven't seen him in nearly 6 months, which is the longest we have been apart since becoming a couple.

To everyone waiting for NOA2, case numbers, interview dates, ect, good luck and I hope we all get to be with our loved ones soon. :D

Thanks. :)

I check this thread everyday looking for your approval. I know you have been waiting a week or so longer than us. :(

Way back in December when I submitted the petition, I was also hoping to maybe attend the interview with my fiance, but I guess that won't be happening. I really hope we both hear something soon...

Yeah there is never a rush in Buenos Aires to get something done lol. What part of Buenos Aires is your fiance from?

He's from Belgrano in the capital city. Btw, I just got an email that the embassy got the petition and we got a PDF of packet 3. super fast. Do you know after the interview approval, the passport with visa will be delivered to home address? or can be picked up at some location? He's gonna terminate the lease soon, and will stay in a hotel so the home address listed on the file will no longer be available for receiving mails.

Cool. Things move pretty fast now. Not sure if this embassy delivers it or you can pick it up. Has your fiancé set up police report appointment? Will need to make appointment online for that. My fiancée has hers May 4th and her medical and vaccines are scheduled for May 16th which both can be done on the same day which is nice. Then she will take all paperwork needed to embassy herself.

nice. he's going to try to do the 24 hour express police report today or tomorrow. is your fiancee's May 16th medical the first visit? she will then need to wait for the results and go for a second visit to acquire the doctor's sealed envelope another day from what I understood. If so, this whole thing can get dragged till pretty late in May.

We called doctor Kelly, as Dra. Grillo was responding any phone calls. Kelly is available 9th of May.

I think my fiance has to drop all packet 3 document copies (as instructed by the email) to the embassy address instead of mailing, and then hopefully the embassy will email him/us for an interview day. I hope this correct
