Hi everyone!

I'm wondering if you need to fill out both the I-864 (Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the INA) AND the I-134 (Affidavit of Support) for my K1 visa appointment? On the "day of the interview" (packet 4) list it states both so I'm a little confused.

Thanks!

The petitioner just needs to fill out the I-134. The other Affidavit of Support is for the AOS.

Good luck :)

The petitioner needs to fill out the I-134 form only and have it signed and mailed to you. You need to bring the ORIGINAL signed document to the interview. I didn't realize until a couple days before my interview and had to get it express mailed to me ASAP. Good luck!

Thanks for responding everyone! This has cleared up the confusion I was having. Thankfully my petitioner fiance is coming with me to Montreal. We are just going to make a mini vacation out of the interview so she will bring the original i-134 and a copy with her.
