My friends whom are Peurto Ricans don't like those music either I should say. Whenever they listen to music, it's always at a normal level. They too are sick of hearing it so loud that I disturbs other around them. It makes other people stereotype them, and they don't like it.

Now, as you can see, I did not file for compensation until a few years after a long exposure. I am more sensible than just brainless filing for compensation. And, a hearing loss is permanent damage. I have tolerated these people long enough.

But if you act fast, you can not only defeat this threat, but you can also double your market share.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

Spill hot coffee on yourself blame the resturant.

Bad example, if you're talking about the McDonalds incident. Have a read of this:

BTW - I wouldn't normally be quoting a conservative news source, but there report on this incident is a good one.

My aren't we getting litigious here at VJ. How would you prove they damaged your ears? I mean, the only way it can actually be that loud is if you're in the car that's playing the music, and it doesn't sound like you have any Puerto Rican friends, since you make nice generalizations about them, soooooooooo

no kidding.

Everyone thinks they deserve compentastion for just about nothing.

Trip over a curb it is someone elses fault.

Spill hot coffee on yourself blame the resturant.

Become (magically) obese from eating fast food and it is the food joints fault.

Sick of hearing other peoples music...sue em.

I am thinking of suing our neighbors because their trees are giving me the worst allergies this spring.

The "right" to sue....the great American way.

In our community just recently, an elderly gentleman tripped over the curbing in a parking spot at a store. He and his wife are suing the store, the paving company, and anyone else he can think of because his injuries have caused him much pain and has caused his wife much distress and mental anguish in having to care for him. She is also saying his quality of life is not the same since he fell. I've no doubt he is in pain and distress, but c'mon...how can the store, the paving company, etc. be responsible for his tripping? Could it be that he just wasn't watching where he was stepping?

Well, all nationality bashing aside, BOOM Cars are goofy. They piss me off no end too. Some areas are really bad. Some cities are doing something about it. Check out http://www.noisefree.org/boomcars.html for information.

Yes, BOOMCARS, Pavement Pounders, Ground Thumpers.. I think they have other names but I don;t know them all. They are, for the most part, built to anoy rather than enjoy. Except for 12 year old girls, I dont think anyone else finds them exciting.

This guy is a moron. He has a baby inside his car, and drives his BOOM CAR with the music at the max. I left a message to the police, and alerted child services. He's going to be evicted from his apartment and sent to jail for child endangerment.

How do you know this? Did the authorities tell you this? Although I agree with your feelings on this, don't be surprised if nothing happens. It takes a lot for CS to get involved nowadays. Being in the educational field has taught me this.

Well, for the sake of the child I hope something is done. I have little faith in that system though. I've seen them fail way too many times for my liking.

Ever drive by a car that has their music cranked up to the max? Ever had to listen to a car that vibrates even your apartment building, like a earthquake?

Most times these cars have Peurto Ricans, Spanish music playing. A human theshold of hearing is an average of 90 dB. The exposure I received from these loudness over time have caused my ear to decrease in their sensitivity. I don't understand why there is a need to have loud music playing like that. I am ready to file a lawsuit for the compensation. These people will need to pay for their disturbances. I'm sick of it.

my beef is white people listioning to C&W. can I sue? after all this is Tejas. while we are at it

can I sue a black person for their Rap music? FK it lets just sue people that dont eat Peanut M&Ms!
