So I changed my address at the end of October, initially filed a 485/130/765/131 all together in August. My wife received an address change document at our new address, I've received nohing. My 765 application has been approved and I've now discovered my appointment for biometrics was sent to my previous address. I attended the Milwaukee center after the appointment and they wouldn't help. So I've sent the appointment form back to USCIS requesting a new appointment. I've heard absolutely nothing. I have been constantly checking my cases online and I've phoned them numerous times. What else can I do? This seems to have dragged on for so long now and I'm unsure what to do.

Did you file an address change online for all the petitions? Your wife can do the I-130, but you have to file a separate one for the I-485 where you can indicate the other petitions you filed (765, 131). https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/displayCOAForm.do

Did you call the service center? They can tell you whether the address change went through and what's going on now.

Go to an InfoPASS ASAP, get it sorted out, you need a new biometrics notice and need to go do the biometrics, nothing will move in your case until you do. If you won't do anything, they'll deny the case based on the missed biometrics.

Address change and everything was done correctly. They can't explain why despite all my cases having had the address changed that the notices for Biometrics keep going to my old address. I have an appointment on the 14th of Dec for Bios. Still no paper notice for it, I only know as I've spoken to a tier two person on the phone. I have been calling today trying to get them to fax or email me the appointment. So far I waited 1hr10 and was disconnected. 1hr 30 mins and the guy was working from home and couldn't pull the notice up and now I have a 2hr20 wait for a call back. I'm frantic I know they won't do it next week if I don't have the notice. My mail is on redirect but it's taking 2 2 weeks to get here.
