Hi Fellow Members!

So, my husband finished his fingerprinting 11-17/16 for all the AOS,Travel Doc n EA. Whats is the next thing to wait? Interview schedule if we have????

We are kinda worried since we are going out of the US on Feb 23, 2017. I don't mind about the green card if its gonna be 6 months or so but just the travel document. So that we wont be worrying about him going out of the US.

My case was forwarded to Missouri. Is it common service center? Case/Receipt # starts in " MSC".

Thanks for all the help!

Yes, cases go to the NBC in Missouri. Now that he had his biometrics, he needs to wait. The ead/ AP card should get to him within 90 days of filing, maybe more or maybe less and he can only leave the country if he has the document.

Have someone check your mail while you're gone and be ready to come back in case an interview is set.

Good luck and lots of patience

Yup. All you need is patience and wait for a while. My EAD/AP arrived exactly a month after the biometrics and I think that's kind of the time frame right now. Hopefully you get it as soon as well. For the green card, it depends if you will have an interview. If you get scheduled just be prepared.

Good luck :)

Wow so fast!

I hope it will be like it a month after the biometrics. I just hope the card arrives for the travel doc so that we will never be worrying about the travel outside the US on feb2017. its okay for us if it takes a few months for the GC w/ or w/o interview as long as the travel doc arrives before feb 2017.

Thanks!
