Firstly, I don't know how to find the approval date.

Secondly, paperwork has been completed in my name also I see my name as a child under applicant's name in CEAC portal.

Now, do I need to worry about being aged out?

Yes, you do.

If you have aged out then you will not be able to immigrate at the time of your mother. USCIS have age limits under certain categories. For your situation the cut off age is 21. But since the wait is so long you have a little reprieve called CSPA. But sometimes it can only a short amount of time added.

You REALLY need to find out when the petition was approved AND calculate if you have aged out.

How to find it out? Can I do that myself using case number and invoice number?

Ask your aunt. She must have received an approval notice for the I-130 she filed about 10 or more years ago.

My aunt can't find it right now but I checked in USCIS website that our case was sent to state visa department on 9 sept,2009.

And petetion receipt date was 20 nov,2003.

Is this info enough to find out my age eligibility?

I'm not sure if when it was sent to NVC is the same date as the approval date. IF it is, it took almost 6 years to approve it. That sounds like a long time. But if it's right then you aren't aged out.

However, I'm not convinced that approval date=being sent to NVC date.

I agree that 6 years a too long a time for approval. The approval is usually a few months to a year of so. The longest I've seen was 2 years.

You really need to have your aunt do some research. This is very important.

Thanks for replying.

My aunt just found out the letter. Approval date is 2nd September,2009.

Now is my age going to be counted untill the day of visa interview? Or until visa bulletin gets current? I saw it has already got current.

But I know a few family from my country who immigrated through f4 with their minor child of my age according to their PD.

Also have seen fews topics where some people from this subcontinent has written thay their approval date was in 2009/2010 having PD in 2003. So, the scenarios matches. I think approval time for Bangladeshi people takes time for f4 visa.

Also fees has been paid for ds 260.

Your aged is locked when PD became current. It sounds like you got lucky with the long approval time and hadn't aged out.
