Thank you for your kind words, much appreciated. We'll see what happens when i go for my bio-metric apt, i will definitely tell them what happened.

I would actually not mention it for the moment. You've put this info on your applications, so you aren't concealing anything. However, it might end up being the case that you aren't able to prove your citizenship without her cooperation, in which case you'd still have to go through with ROC and later naturalization. Don't make any rash moves.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

I'm just gonna hire an attorney give him all the documents i have, and on another note my mom talked to me secretly when i came to the US and told me that i remind her of my dad and that's why she doesn't want anything to do with me. I guess that can be a good proof too don't you think ?

The problem is not necessarily proving that she is your mother. The problem may be proving her physical presence in the US prior to your birth without her cooperation.

A couple of photos don't prove 5 years of physical presence. School records, employment records (SSA statements), lease records or similar would prove physical presence.

 you would think she would want to help being as you missed years in this country. I mean did she even care of your fate? I'm sorry but some people...it costs her nothing to help you. It's not like your asking for her support. ?

A couple of photos don't prove 5 years of physical presence. School records, employment records (SSA statements), lease records or similar would prove physical presence.

Maybe a PI can help with this...school records are public...

Grandparents?? Aunts uncles???

Who can at least point the way...
