I was a divorcee and i only needed my divorce decree.

I have never needed to provide a prior marriage certificate.

I am not sure if Jamaica requieres this.

Its best to be over prepared than under prepared. I would bring it, just in case they do ask for it. On my P4 letter it didn't ask for my spouse to bring the W2, but yet the CO asked for it. Glad I send it or the visa would be delayed issuing.

That is true and worse he made mistake about prior spouse 1 and 2 so I also think its best to bring every thing that I can come up with

What about the marriage certificate?

If you are talking about the petitioner's (USC) marriage license or divorce decree, the Kingston emabssy will not ask for that. They are looking for documents pertaining to the beneficiary. It's listed in packet 3 in case the beneficiary was married before.

I was previously married and divorced, the Kingston embassy did not require any documentation on that as it was sent in with my petition.

Yes....

You will need all divorce decrees.

Not if she is the petitioner. Kingston embassy does not require documentation regarding marriages/divorces from petitioners, ol beneficiaries.

Hello All,

My question kind of pertains to this topic. I want to know if St Andrews medical fees include any vaccinations my fiance may need. He said that someone told him that the shots were inclusive of the fees. He also when to a local clinic he went to inquire about the fees. If it is true about the fees being inclusive at the hospital then it would work out cheaper to do them at the hospital.

Question:

  • Are St Andrew's shots inclusive with medical fees?
  • If not, can anyone direct me to a clinic in Kingston that does the vaccinations at a reasonable cost?
