K-1 Visa medical test and interview- Sri Lanka

Hi Everyone,

My question is that my case status says "read" at Department of state website since 18th November 2016. BTW I'm applying from Sri Lanka. I just want to know whether I should call embassy to schedule my interview or should I wait till the embassy call me? My second question is should I wait till the embassy inform me to take the medical test? I would appreciate if anyone who apply from Sri Lanka can help me on this :)
