Hi everyone -

I would like to ask if anyone has an experience on renewing tourist visa using Interview Waiver Program especially drop-box option. I am trying to renew my parents' visa and up to the part on schedule for appointment. The country is Indonesia.

The problem we encounter that there is no drop-box questions when we went through the schedule process. When I passed the payment section and schedule date, it went straight to appointment confirmation page. I assume there will be a section asking about 8 questions to qualify for the waiver program and get a drop box confirmation letter so I can mail it out instead of going to the US embassy. First I thought maybe I put both my parents on same scheduled appointment and then tried to separate them for individual.

I have canceled two of the appointments to get it corrected but unfortunately that is not the issue. Now I just realized that we are only allowed to cancel up to three appointments before we need to pay again for the fee.

I have emailed use the feedback on the website and still waiting for the reply. Hope someone here can assist.

Thanks in advance.

NB: my parents are qualified for interview waiver program.
