You also state in another thread that you didn't talk on the phone because of phone issues and time difference. There are times in the day whether its day there night here or vise versa that you both could have talked.

If you cant make time whether its wake up for an hour to call your fiancée than you lack commitment.

People on here go out of there way to communicate and visit there fiancées.

I'm sorry but AP wont be long or it can take years. If they took her passport that its a good sign.

We're going off the information you gave us none of us are co's or work for uscis,dhs , or ice. We are going through the same thing as you most of us successfully without any problems. You choose not to take our advice that's fine but don't get angry when you hear something you don't like.

AP can take any given amount of days, months even years I hear.

It all depends on if they gave a slip for you to turn in evidence, If they kept your passport. No one can really say.

I was in AP 32 days with approval held up in name check.

I got generic answers from the embassy so my Senators office moved things along and got me better answers.

Did you have any red flags? Like big age gap, recent divorce? My fiancé's interview is Friday so I'm getting nervous. Just messaged and told him to print off more screen shots from our viber phone log

When the case goes on AP , is the both sides divorce affects the procedure. Mine is under Ap for7 month and we have no idea why! We had good proof of relation but both we are divorced. Me 6 years ago and my fiance 3 years ago. Is it any clue for long AP process.
