What do they mean by home address for beneficiary in petition forms and in the packet 3 that will sent to beneficiary ?

For example if the beneficiary is hiring a flat and is living in it now shall he write the address of this flat or shall he write his permanent address which is present on his passport and national identification card?

Home address is where you live. If you have another address where you receive mail (like a parents home) you can list that as a permanent address.

It seems best to just list the home address and not worry about the other if they will be living at the flat throughout the rest of the process.

So what shall the beneficiary put for the home address ? The flat that he is living now? Or the permanent address of his parents that are present on his official papers ? And if he put the address of his flat that he is living now , shall he change the address of this official paper like his passport and identification card to his current flat address?
