Hi, i hope somebody can help me. I got the packet 4 instruction letter from us consulate in montreal. I followed as directed and tried to book an appointment online but it keeps on saying there's no available appointment. I've been trying to book for 2 weeks now. I'm also getting worried because our approved petition is expiring on jan. 14, 2017. Does anyone experienced the same thing? What should i do? Thanks

E-mail or call them. Once the interview is booked the expiration date doesn't matter. If you have further questions that regard Montreal... find that specific forum as theY will be able to help you better :)

Pitaya!! Another one! :P hahaha

This is very common this time of year. If there are no appointments available, Montreal will automatically extend your NOA2. You can email them to confirm that it has been.

Sometimes it can take a few months for the appointments to open back up. Just check everyday and if some open up, make a post to let everyone know.

Hi, does the embassy also update schedules on weekends? Thanks

You wouldn't want to do the medical too early either. People have had it expire or expire the day after a visa is issued which either makes them get a new medical or book the first available flight to the USA.
