Hello Everyone

In October I filed a Form I-129F for my fiancée and few days ago I received a request for evidence from USCIS.

I'm a little confused because I was sure that I attached all the required information and proofs.

Requested evidences:

1) Name change

"Please submit a legible copy of the court order that legally changed the name of the petitioner, xxx and the beneficiary, yyy, if applicable."

We have never changed our names, so I wonder if this is just a standard request they send to everyone ("if applicable") or should we write some kind of statement?

In Polish documents my last name contains a letter with diactric - could this be a problem?

2) Requirement that petitioner and beneficiary have met in person
 - Circumstances of Meeting

I submitted a document with a short description of circumstances under we have met. What else could I send?

 - Last Personal Meeting

I attached a few boarding passes and hotel receipts from out trips around Europe (last two years), photographs of us together (trips, family, etc.).

We live together in Warsaw, Poland, so we see each other literally every day.

I studied in Poland and now I work here, but I intend to move back to USA (I have dual citizenship).

In my current US passport I don't have any stamps - while travling inside UE I use my polish ID card.

During the last two years we travelled outside UE only once and I used my Polish passport.

Should I submit a copy of my Polish passport? All pages?

Could sending a translated copy of our appartment lease agreement help?

What else could I submit as an evidence of meeting?

Do you have any other ideas?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for the replies.

I will send a copy of our polish passports and a lease (translated) - I hope it will be enough.

What about the first evidence (Name change)?

Why do they ask for it?

Any ideas?
