Medical exam in Manila

My fiancee is expecting her passport on December 10. We have the case number already. Anyways, my question is the following. There is this requirement for the medical exam:

1. Letter with Case Number
   
   • Principal Applicant - original & 1 photocopy
   • Derivatives - 1 photocopy each

The problem is that my fiancee never received the case letter in her mail. Only I did. I think there was a mistake in the address. Is it okay if she uses two copies of my letter for the first requirement?

As for the second requirement, what is a derivative?

The letter you receive is actually identical of what she is suppose to received. Me and my husband do received the same email, I knew because he does forward it to me thinking I might not receive any.

Derivative: is a child or children of the beneficiary that may be eligible to get a visa in line with the beneficiary having one. for K1 then it would be called K2

Most NEVER receive the letter from USEM. No reason to wait for it. Requirement is NVC letter or interview confirmation page/letter from USEM... you will print out the confirmation page after you schedule your interview. Some go to the CEAC website and print out that page as it will have the MNL #.

Derivative is children, if you listed a child on the I-129F... that is a K2 and means you do everything twice
