Here's my concern, I cannot create my profile in GSS for me to proceed in paying the visa for our packet 3 K1 Visa. I wonder why, there a message that prompts on my screen whenever I register. It states

"ERROR"

  • Your request cannot be processed at this time. The site administrator has been alerted.
  • User could not be created. Please ensure First Name and Last Name are entered as they are in your passport.

Why is this so? Anybody encountered this? Thanks to those who can enlighten me.

God bless you.

No. What I did was, I tried to put my other email address and it worked. I was able to access the site. Is this alright? I've proceeded and will soon pay the visa fee but the email I've used is not the email that I used in my application. But as I created the GSS profile, they asked me for my valid email address where they could mail me some information, so I put the email address that I have put in my application. Any thoughts about this? Thanks.
