I think the only parents that Obama called was Trayvon Martin's and Micheal Brown's parents. Just like here in California the Governor went to the funeral for two officers that got shot and killed, come to find out the guy was only out of prison because of the governor's policies. So the governor was basically indirectly related to the killing of the two officers.

(certainly) nb never asked me about obama only calling trayvon martin and michael browns parents. the links he was asking for were specific to this cop's death - and i was referring to obama's responses to slain officers as a whole.
