Hi All,

I`ve tried researching about my issue throughout here and still can not seem to find the resolution as to what happened.

My parent in laws had their interview yesterday in Bosnia and Herzegovina and they were approved and were told they can pick up their visa in a city nearby in about 3 days.

After the interview, They were given a small basic letter instructing them to go to the following website to register: ais.usvisa-info.com << and to register and follow the steps. One of the steps was to select"
From the National Center for visas (NVC), Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) or consular department informed / I on the date of the interview in the consular department and got / I have instructions to schedule the date of the conversation on this website.

Based on my research, isn't this supposed to be done prior to interview? We were never instructed to do so. Now when I register them, it shows a past date?

I think i am just confused to the purpose of this step? Maybe because it was supposed to be done before the interview that`s why its a bit confusing.

I hope someone can help me clarify the purpose of this website?

To be honest, the smartest thing to do is to call them. It's a government website and they have their own way to fix it if there is a glitch or something. We can't explain why it's doing that or how to fix it. I hope they fixed it by now and you guys were able to get through it! ^_^
