That should be more then enough. I sent almost the exact same things. I did go to see her in Thailand 4 times last year and twice this year so far so I keep making copies and keeping receipts and boarding passes from all trip. I'm going back again next Friday. I also kept copies of tours that we took and credit card receipts from purchases that I made while in Thailand. I always follow the philosophy that it's better to have to much that they can't say "no". Good luck and wish you two the best. Ken and Mintra

Its ok if you don't have family in them - it can help but not really needed. I didn't send any with family in.

sounds like you've got a good packet of proof, really the main things to show you met is pcitures with names, dates and places on the back with travel documents showing whomever in the picture was traveling at the time of picture and passport stamps to prove entry in to the country.

Thats what I sent.

I think it sounds pretty good. If you have any records of phone calls they like that. It sounds like you have snail mail correspondence and that is a big plus too. They like that better than e-mails.

I think something people should keep in mind is if anything about your relationship could raise questions then it is far better to go in with more proof. In my case, if they ever get around to getting us to the interview stage, she is going to go in loaded for bear. It is the second K-1 with different partners for both of us plus we have a sizable age difference so I expect closer scrutiny. We are going in with 100+ well organized photos taken in two different parts of Russia, in Thailand and in Egypt. With 100 + e-mail at least half of which discuss marriage or our life after marriage, snail mail, phone records, boarding passes, hotel bookings with both names, gift recipts and more. I am not sending any records of money I sent. They don't seem to look at that very hard.

Another suggestion is to make sure she knows all about you. Print out some of the lists of interview questions and that she knows it all. My other K-1, gal missed two questions. I had about the same amount of proof that you have and we ended up getting a 221-G and they wanted more proof of relationship. If she had answered the questions we would have sailed through.

Ugh I realllllllly hope they don't ask for Ombeni's birth certificate. That would delay the process by at least a month or two for us...

This is something you need to get as soon as you're able - don't wait until someone asks for it because then it will delay things. Better safe than sorry...

I have a cable package with unlimited long distance calling. Your charged one price for cable, internet and phone, with one bill. No itemized statement.

I wrote the support team and asked them for an itemized statement. I was asked why and when I replied telling them I needed evidence for a visa, the support person told me he could track the numbers I gave him for incoming and outgoing calls from my phone. Takes a few days to set up but they can do it.

Just a thought for you with the same type of phone service :)
