RFE sheet, can I send a copy?

Our lawyer mailed out RFE packet today. She said it's fine to send a copy of RFE sheet and keep the original. Will USCIS accept it? We don't want to get another RFE. Anyone sent out the copy and had no problem.

Should be OK as long as it's legible. Remember that the point of the cover sheet is the proper filing of your response. Besides, an RFE for an RFE cover sheet is quite rare. :)

The instruction on the RFE sheet I received actually said to "send a copy of this letter". I sent a copy and the documents they requested and was approved a couple weeks later (RFE was after my interview for supposedly incomplete vaccination sheet).
